Founded in 2004, Foglia Construction Investment Management LTD (Foglia CIM) is a leader in luxury stone masonry and custom stone work in Ontario. Our dedication to excellence and unique craftsmanship has earned us a reputation for exceeding client expectations in complex projects.

Craftsmanship and Heritage
We specialize in high-end stone restoration, terrazzo installation, and mosaic artistry, using traditional Italian techniques. Our projects showcase the perfect blend of contemporary design and timeless craftsmanship, making each space unique and luxurious.

Notable Projects
 Foglia CIM has completed prestigious projects for the University of Toronto, Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment, Archdiocese of Toronto, and Pearson Airport. We also collaborate with renowned designers, architects, and artists to create functional and elegant spaces.

Paolo Foglia

Paolo Foglia is president of Foglia CIM LTD

Paolo was born in a town near Naples, Italy. During his childhood he was curious and fascinated by artistic construction, architecture and luxury finishes, particularly when it came to stone structures.

Paolo completed his education as an engineer in Naples, and at the University of Siena he learnt masonry techniques. He then moved to Toronto at age 30 and finds Canada as “an astounding, marvelous country, that offers plenty opportunities and challenges”.

Today, Paolo partners and associates with like-minded professionals, some have been part of his team for almost 20 years. The team dynamic is very strong amongst the group who refer to one another as “real family”. Paolo strongly believes that his success is rooted in the genuine love and wholehearted passion for his field. He understands that his work is successful when it is memorable through time while still showcasing the real, lasting results of his creations.

Vision

Stone, glass, wood and bronze, where appropriate, can be fit together in a natural way to bolster the craftmanship focus while improving structural and aesthetic aspects of the build. The natural, artistic amalgamation of those materials creates the Foglia Collection, which includes:
